Sustainable Interaction develops Responsible Gambling training for Norsk Tipping

We’re pleased to continue our long-term partnership with the Norwegian state-owned gambling operator Norsk Tipping. As part of this collaboration, Sustainable Interaction will deliver a comprehensive training package, including a pre-study, a customised staff training programme, and an impact evaluation.

Norsk Tipping has positioned itself at the forefront of Responsible gambling through initiatives such as proactive care calls and real-time intervention solution, Spillepuls.

Developing staff training for such an experienced audience comes with its challenges. That is why the project will begin with a thorough survey to ensure the training meets the needs and expectations of employees.

The training will be developed based on these findings, with particular focus on staff as a risk group for experiencing gambling-related harm. Another key theme will be youth and gambling.

Sustainable Interaction will also deliver an evaluation package, ensuring that the impact of training can be measured effectively.

The rollout of the customised staff training is planned for autumn 2026.
